Our Shetland sheep mini cutlets are from rarely found 'hogget' which is from sheep that are 1-2 yrs old, meaning it has the tenderness of lamb but much more flavour, as the sheep have fed on grass for an extra year.

A British favourite, cut from the rib, they’re ideal for personal treats or dinner parties. Roast on a high heat for juicy succulence.
